Delivery time varies between 1-4 working days depending on which supplier you choose and where in the country you live. All White Online AB kan från tid till annan erbjuda olika typer av kampanjer och erbjudanden på Webbsidan. Specifika villkor kan gälla för dessa kampanjer vad avser exempelvis tid då kampanjen gäller och vilka varor som omfattas av kampanjen. All White Online AB förbehåller sig rätten att när som helst återkalla sådana kampanjer varvid dessa Villkor gäller utan ändringar.

Leveransen av Kundens varor sker, om inte annat anges, till den adress Kunden angivit. Normal leveranstid är 1-5 arbetsdagar från bekräftad beställning, beroende på valt fraktsätt. I kassan presenteras olika leveransalternativ och Kunden väljer själv vilket fraktbolag All White Online AB ska använda sig av för den aktuella beställningen. Skulle någon av de beställda varorna ha en betydligt längre leveranstid än övriga varor förbehåller sig All White Online AB att dela upp ordern. Kunden kommer i en sådan situation inte debiteras några extra avgifter för efterföljande leveranser. Skulle All White Online AB av någon anledning inte kunna leverera Kundens beställning innan utlovad leveranstid meddelas Kunden detta genom e-post eller telefon. Kunden har då möjlighet att häva köpet genom att kontakta kundtjänst på hello@allwhiteonline.com eller telefon 031-761 31 31. Om Kunden redan betalat för varorna återförs beloppet till det konto som belastades vid köptillfället. Annan ersättning än återbetalning utgår dock inte vid en leveransförsening. Kostnaden för leverans beror på val av fraktalternativ, vilka presenteras för Kunden i kassan, (läs vidare om våra fraktalternativ på [www.allwhiteonline.com/se/leverans/] All White Online AB debiterar en avgift på 299 kr inkl. moms vid outlösta postförskott oavsett beställningens storlek. Försändelsen ligger på uthämtningsstället i 14 dagar innan den automatiskt returneras tillbaka till All White Online AB. Det åligger Kunden att informera All White Online AB om Kunden saknar möjlighet att hämta beställningen inom denna tid. Risken för varan övergår till Kunden när den mottagit sin beställning från All White Online AB. Kunden åtar sig att direkt vid mottagandet undersöka varan för att verifiera att denna är riktig och felfri.

Kunden har i enlighet med gällande konsumentskyddslagstiftning rätt att ångra eller returnera sin beställning inom 14 dagar från den dag då Kunden tog emot beställd vara. Ångerrätten gäller under förutsättning att varan är i väsentligen oförändrat skick och att ingen försegling eller förpackning brutits. Vid Kundens utnyttjande av ångerrätt står Kunden för eventuell kostnad för returfrakt och ansvarar även för varans skick efter det att Kunden mottagit varan samt under returfrakten. Varan ska skickas i retur inom 14 dagar från tidpunkten för Kundens meddelande till All White Online AB om att Kunden önskar utnyttja sin ångerrätt. Om Kunden redan betalat för varorna, och förutsatt att parterna inte överenskommer om annat, görs en återbetalning till det konto som belastades vid köptillfället. Sådan återbetalning görs normalt sett inom 14 dagar. På det belopp som ska återbetalas har All White Online AB rätt att dra av en summa motsvarande varans värdeminskning jämfört med varans ursprungliga värde, om och i den mån sådan värdeminskning beror på att Kunden har hanterat varan i större utsträckning än vad som är nödvändigt för att fastställa dess egenskaper eller funktion.

Reklamationsrätten omfattar varor som är felaktiga enligt gällande konsumentskyddslagstiftning. Är det fel på någon vara eller om en vara saknas måste Kunden kontakta All White Online AB’s kundservice på hello@allwhiteonline.com eller telefon 031-761 31 31 så snart som möjligt efter att felet upptäckts. I samband med reklamation ska beställningsnummer samt orsak till reklamationen uppges. Kunden ska begära ett s.k. RN (returnummer) och en fraktetikett som sedan är giltig i 14 dagar. Reklamation som görs inom två månader från det att Kunden upptäckt felet anses alltid ha lämnats i rätt tid. Kunden har 3 års reklamationsrätt på varor inköpta på Webbsidan. Defekta varor som returernas till All White Online AB bör behandlas som om de vore felfria. Det är vid alla typer av returer ytterst viktigt att varan förpackas på ett sådant sätt att den inte riskerar att skadas. All White Online AB står alltid för returfrakt när det gäller skadat eller felaktigt gods, dvs. för godkända reklamationer. När reklamerad vara returnerats och All White Online AB godkänt reklamationen kompenseras Kunden. All White Online AB’s ansvar är dock begränsat till varans värde samt eventuella returkostnader. Om Kunden redan betalat för varorna, och förutsatt att parterna inte överenskommer om annat, görs en återbetalning till det konto som belastades vid köptillfället. Sådan återbetalning görs normalt sett inom 14 dagar. All White Online AB förbehåller sig rätten att neka en reklamation om det visar sig att varan inte är felaktig enligt gällande konsumentskyddslagstiftning. I de fall returanledningen är reklamation och fel inte kan påvisas utgår en avgift om 299 kr inkl. moms för kostnader hänförliga till All White Online AB’s administration, frakt, returfrakt och hantering av ärendet. Försändelser som saknar RN återsänds till avsändaren och fraktkostnaden debiteras. Avgiften faktureras med betalningsvillkor 10 dagar netto. Vid försenad betalning utgår påminnelseavgift med 50 kr samt dröjsmålsränta.

All White Online AB ansvarar inte för förseningar orsakade av omständigheter som All White Online AB inte kunnat råda över, såsom exempelvis allmän arbetskonflikt, krig, eldsvåda, blixtnedslag, terroristattack, ändrad lagstiftning eller myndighetsbestämmelser, tekniska problem, fel i el-/tele-/dataförbindelser eller annan kommunikation samt fel eller försening i tjänster från underleverantörer på grund av omständighet som här angivits. Ändringar gäller från det att Kunden har accepterat Villkoren genom nytt köp eller besök på Webbsidan alternativt 10 dagar efter det att All White Online AB informerat Kunden om ändringarna.

Om en eller flera bestämmelser i dessa Villkor är ogiltiga eller döms ut som verkningslösa av någon domstol eller tillsynsmyndighet ska detta inte påverka återstående bestämmelsers giltighet.
